Through its Fitpoint corporate medical services, Ahold offers employees at Corporate Center in Amsterdam, the Ahold Coffee Company and the headquarters of Albert Heijn, Etos and Gall & Gall a range of medical and health services. Fitpoint personnel conduct physicals for employees who are 40 years of age or older and can give advice on healthy living. Employees can also receive travel or flu vaccinations as well as minor medical attention such as blood pressure checks. Physiotherapists also conduct reviews of employees' work stations to ensure they are ergonomically set up.
