We coordinate our efforts, where possible, and learn from each other. The Human Resources Leadership Team develops global policies and facilitates closer coordination among our operating companies. The role of this cross-company team is to improve synergies by sharing best practices, working towards standardization of certain processes and collectively developing company-wide initiatives.
